For Jeans Fritz, fashion is more than the right fit. It’s about feeling comfortable, understood, and supported throughout the shopping journey. As a German fashion retailer with a large network of more than 300 stores nationwide, Jeans Fritz has spent decades building trust through approachable style and reliable service.
Jeans Fritz’ customers expect uncomplicated service, fast solutions, and a shopping experience that feels personal even when it happens online. To deliver on these expectations, the company needed a technology setup that supports efficient processes while staying true to their values.
Their Swiss subsidiary BLACKOUT has successfully strengthened its omnichannel structures in Switzerland since 2024 using fulfillmenttools, and now the parent company has decided to bring the solution into its German operations as well.
